MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This stimulates the body’s natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production. The result is smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin without the need for surgery.

How It Works
During the treatment, a microneedling device with ultra-fine needles creates tiny punctures in the skin’s surface. These micro-injuries trigger fibroblast activity, encouraging the production of new collagen and elastin while enhancing skin texture and tone. The procedure is performed with topical numbing cream and typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the area treated.

Commonly Treated Areas
Microneedling can be used on a variety of areas, including:

  • Face: fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven texture

  • Acne scars and other types of scarring

  • Stretch marks on the body

  • Neck and décolletage lines

  • Loose skin on the arms, abdomen, or other areas

What to Expect
Immediately after treatment, the skin may appear red, feel warm, or show tiny pinpoint marks where the needles have penetrated. Mild swelling or sensitivity is common and usually subsides within a few days. Most people can return to normal activities quickly, but sun protection and gentle skincare are important during healing.
Results develop gradually as collagen rebuilds, with optimal improvements visible over 4–6 weeks. Multiple sessions, typically 2–3 spaced 4–6 weeks apart, may be recommended for enhanced results.
